Description

Saving licensing costs with an internal story sizing tool

Our team was frustrated with existing story-pointing tools—they were either locked behind expensive subscriptions, cluttered with ads, or missing key features we needed for sprint planning.

Seeing an opportunity to solve this, I used AI-assisted "vibe coding" to design and build a lightweight, fully functional web app in about 4 hours, deploying it via GitHub and Netlify.

The tool was immediately adopted by our team for daily ceremonies and quickly scaled across the wider organisation, eliminating licensing costs and friction.
